After 95 <br />review, staff did not find the bid informationt to be acceptable. 96 <br />Council Member Rafferty asked for clarification on the Olson Sewer bid. (502 & 510 Lilac Street) - City Planner Larsen reviewed a Powerpoint 110 <br />presentation including information on the following: 111 <br />- Land Use Application (location, rezoning and CUP are required); 112 <br />- Site Location Map (502 and 510 Lilac Street); 113 <br />- History of property (home occupation originally – creates a unique land use situation); 114 <br />- Site Improvements that will be required; 115 <br />- Planning & Zoning – no need for curb and gutter, allow mature trees to act as landscaping 116 <br />buffer, and require privacy fence; 117 <br />- Findings of Fact on the rezoning are included in the proposed ordinance; 118 <br />- Findings of Fact for the conditional use permit are included in the resolution; 119 <br />- Conditions will be included in the resolutions; 120 <br />- Requested council action. 121 <br />Planner Larsen noted that the applicant has requested that they be allowed some outdoor storage prior 122 <br />to paving based on the time of the year. Staff concurs with the request conditioned upon the paving 123 <br />being completed by June 30, 2020 and appropriate fencing by the end of the year.
