COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DRAFT <br />4 <br /> 137 <br />Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 19-140 as presented. Council Member 138 <br />Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 139 <br />6D) Consider Resolution No. 19-141, Adopting Assessments, 2019 Individual Properties, – City 140 <br />Engineer Hankee reported that staff is requesting adoption of assessments that have been requested 141 <br />by individual property owners, as listed in the staff report. Council Member Maher received 142 <br />assurance that the impacted property owners have signed a waiver. 143 <br /> 144 <br />Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 19-141 as presented. Council Member 145 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 146 <br />6E) Consider Resolution No. 19-142, Adopting Assessments, Eastside Villas– City Engineer 147 <br />Hankee explained that the City entered into a development agreement for this project that included 148 <br />these assessments. 149 <br /> 150 <br />Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 19-142 as presented. Council Member 151 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion.
