(502 & 510 Lilac Street) – City Planner 104 <br />Larsen noted that the ordinance provides for rezoning for a required rezoning for the project. The 105 <br />council fully reviewed the ordinance at the first reading. 106 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to waive full reading of the ordinance. Council Member Maher 107 <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 108 <br />Council Member Maher moved to approve the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 09-19 as 109 <br />presented. Consider Resolution No. 19-137 Approving PUD Final Plan/Final Plat 113 <br />ii. Consider Resolution No. 19-138 Approving Development Agreement 114 <br /> 115 <br />City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation outlining the project and elements of the 2nd 116 <br />Addition of the Watermark Development. The submitted plans are consistent with the City’s 117 <br />requirements. The Planning and Zoning Board has recommended approval unanimously. 118 <br /> 119 <br />Mayor Reinert noted that the development is the largest in Lino Lakes and the master planning has 120 <br />been done in a quality way. It has been several years getting the development going. He asked 121 <br />about the villas included in this addition; are they single level? Ms. Larsen concurred. 122 <br /> 123 <br />Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 19-137 as presented. Council Member 124 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 128 <br /> 129 <br />6C) Consider Resolution No. 19-140 Accepting and Approving the Grant Agreement 130 <br />between the City of Lino Lakes and the Metropolitan Council of Environmental Services for 131 <br />the Improvement of Publically Owned Infrastructure and Approving Certificate of Real 132 <br />Property – City Engineer Hankee explained that the council is being requested to authorize 133 <br />execution of a grant agreement associated with the sanitary sewer within the Lamotte Avenue 134 <br />Reconstruction Project. The amount of the funding will be determined when the grant is finalized by 135 <br />the Metropolitan Council. 136
