The applicant proposes to subdivide the existing parcel into 2 single family <br />lots for the purpose of constructing one (1) new single family home. The lot is located at 6790 <br />West Shadow Lake Drive and is 0.78 gross acres (34,023 sf) as measured above the OHWL. <br />
