CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 19-164 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 2020 STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for street rehabilitation of: Full Depth Mill and Overlay / Reclamation – Deerwood Lane from Birch Street south to Fox Road, and Fox Road from Deerwood Lane west to West Shadow Lake Drive Thin Overlay – Carl Street from 4th Avenue west 1,400 feet, Rehbein Street, 77th Street, and Gordon Avenue. Bid Alternate* for Olive Street, Eva Street, Orange Street, and Maple Street. Chip Seal, Crack Fill & Striping – City Hall Parking Lot and Town Center Parkway from Lake Drive to YMCA Curb Repair – Town Center Parkway south curb line from Lake Drive to YMCA and east entrance to City Hall parking lot; and WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and specifications. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: 1. Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the 2020 Street Rehabilitation Project. 2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare plans and specifications for the 2020 Street Rehabilitation Project for an amount not to exceed $46,192.00 Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of December, 2019.
