For calendar year 2020, the City’s <br />projects scope is estimated to cost $998,000. <br />The City of Lino Lakes is requesting assistance with design of its 2020 Street <br />Rehabilitation Project. The streets designated for rehabilitation are local streets as <br />determined by their OCI ratings established in the City’s Pavement Management Study. <br />A summary of the project site is described as follows: <br /> <br />Full Depth Mill and Overlay / Reclamation – Deerwood Lane from Birch Street <br />south to Fox Road, and Fox Road from Deerwood Lane west to West Shadow Lake <br />Drive <br />Thin Overlay – Carl Street from 4th Avenue west 1,400 feet, Rehbein Street, 77th <br />Street, and Gordon Avenue. Bid Alternate* for Olive Street, Eva Street, Orange <br />Street, and Maple Street. <br />Chip Seal, Crack Fill & Striping – City Hall Parking Lot and Town Center Parkway <br />from Lake Drive to YMCA <br />Curb Repair – Town Center Parkway south curb line from Lake Drive to YMCA <br />and east entrance to City Hall parking lot <br /> <br />Project scope includes curb and gutter replacement as necessary, gate valve bolt <br />replacement and investigative water service repair. Based on the project scope, WSB <br />would perform the following tasks: <br /> <br /> <br />I. Prepare Final Project Plans/Maps <br />Final construction plans and/or maps will be prepared indicating the <br />project locations and plan view sheets for reclamation area. Base drawing <br />information will include GSOC design locates, curb inspection, city parcel <br />map information and record plans. Surveyed topographic information has <br />not been included based on project scope. <br /> <br />II. Final Quantities
