The proposed 2020 Chip Seal Quote Project includes: Chip Seal, Crack Fill, ADA Pedestrian Ramps & Striping — City Hall Parking Lot and Town Center Parkway from Lake Drive to YMCA. Curb Repair — Town Center Parkway south curb line from Lake Drive to YMCA and east entrance to City Hall parking lot. The 2020 Street Rehabilitation Project includes water system repairs - gate valve bolt replacement and investigative service replacement, similar to the 2019 Mill and Overlay Project.
