CITY COUNCIL <br />AGENDA ITEM 1E <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Lisa Hogstad-Osterhues, Deputy Clerk <br />MEETING DATE: January 27, 2020 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 20-08, Approving a Peddler License for <br />Pro Star Tree Care <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br />BACKGROUND <br />Pro Star Tree Care, 32512 173rd Street, Pierz, Minnesota has submitted a peddler's <br />license application to the City Clerk's office. The company representative who would be <br />working in Lino Lakes, Mr. Randy Lust, plans to travel through Lino Lakes' <br />neighborhoods going door to door handing out flyers and promoting tree services. <br />The City has received all the necessary forms required to issue this company a license and <br />indicates no reason to deny the application. <br />The application and all other required information is on file in the City Clerk's office for <br />review. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve Resolution No. 20-08, approving the issuance of a Peddler License for a six <br />month period. <br />
