CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />APPROVED <br />39 Item SB, Sprint Spectrum L.P. Lease Agreement — Public Services Director <br />4o DeGardner reviewed his written report requesting authorization to enter a lease agreement <br />41 for the second city tower. The City recently approved an identical agreement (except for <br />42 location) for the other water tower. <br />43 NOT ON PRINTED AGENDA <br />44 Council Member Ruhland asked why the work session is not held in the council <br />45 chambers. City Clerk Bartell noted that historically the council has chosen to hold its <br />46 work sessions in the less formal environment of the community room; all meetings are <br />47 recorded and so are accessible to interested parties. <br />48 Council Member Stoesz suggested a discussion about not televising the advisory board <br />49 meetings since there is a cost involved and perhaps a less formal atmosphere would be <br />50 good for their discussions.
