1-35E CORRIDOR AUAR UPDATE <br />This document provides for an update to the Lino Lakes 1-35E Corridor AUAR. The original AUAR was <br />completed in 2005. Updates were adopted in 2010 and 2015. This document serves as the 2020 five-year <br />update. An abbreviated version of the EAW questionnaire form has been used for this update to assist in <br />the review of this AUAR Update. Project Description: <br />Overview <br />The City of Lino Lakes adopted the 1-35E Corridor AUAR in conformance with Minnesota Rules 4410 <br />in 2005. The City has subsequently updated the AUAR every five years. The AUAR study area is <br />approximately 4,500 acres and is located in the northeastern portion of the City as shown in Figure 1. <br />Development Scenarios <br />Three development scenarios were included in the 2005 AUAR and Updates. The City has since <br />updated its 2040 Comprehensive Plan and reviewed the scenarios. Three updated scenarios are <br />included in this update and are consistent with the original AUAR. These revised scenarios are within <br />the original density thresholds of the original AUAR. <br />Revised Scenario 1 — Draft 2040 Full Build Out Land Use <br />This scenario is in conformance with the current, draft 2040 Comprehensive Plan. This scenario <br />has a higher industrial use and less residential than the Revised Scenario 2. It is still within the <br />assumptions of the original AUAR.
