In addition the applicant <br />shall provide a clear (no vegetation or other) triangular sight line of 100 feet at intersections <br />with County roadways. <br />30' sight lines will be provided for City road intersections. light triangles at County roads will <br />be coordinated and verified with Anoka County. <br />This will be reviewed when turn lanes plans are finalized. <br />The applicant shall adjust proposed tree locations to accommodate a maintenance access <br />route to the pond overflow structure. <br />Maintenance route access to the overflow access is being defined by Civil Engineers and a <br />clear route has been provided. <br />Shrubs still shown in area designated as maintenance access route. <br />Landscaping being reviewed by City of Lino Lakes Environmental Coordinator. <br />Staff recommends that no trees are planted on top of storm sewer pipes or other utilities. <br />• Geotechnical <br />A geotechnical report was completed by Braun Intertec for the proposed Lyngblomsten development. <br />See PDF named "3.27.20 Letter to Diane Hankee" for additional geotechnical evaluation. <br />• Floodplain <br />Floodplain is not present on this site. <br />• Drainage and Utility Easements <br />Comments: <br />1. <br />n.n +ho r orlh+ili+ioc <br />Plono hAy,= been panted accordingly <br />The plan set shall show the storm sewer plan view and easement lines on the same <br />page.
