Environmental Board <br />The Environmental Board reviewed the project on May 27, 2020 and recommended <br />approval with conditions. Those conditions are summarized in the attached <br />Environmental Memo dated May 29, 2020. <br />Storm Water Maintenance Agreement <br />The stormwater maintenance for public facilities will be covered under the City's <br />Programmatic Stormwater Management Agreement. <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement <br />A Site Improvement Performance Agreement is required. <br />Findings of Fact -Conditional Use Permit <br />The property is zoned LI, Light Industrial and allows for two (2) or buildings on the same <br />lot with a conditional use permit. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board shall recommend a conditional use permit and the <br />Council shall order the issuance of such permit only if it finds the following criteria have <br />been met: <br />1. The proposed development application has been found to be consistent with the <br />policies and recommendations of the Lino Lakes Comprehensive Plan including: <br />a. Land Use Plan. <br />b. Transportation Plan. <br />c. Utility (Sewer and Water) Plans. <br />d. Local Water Management Plan. <br />e. Capital Improvement Plan. <br />f. Policy Plan. <br />g. Natural Environment Plan. <br />The proposed LTC campus expansion project is consistent with the Land Use, Utility, <br />Local Water Management, Capital Improvement, Policy and Natural Environmental <br />Plans and recommendations of the comprehensive plan as detailed in this staff report. <br />11 <br />
