The proposed LTC
campus expansion project is consistent with industrial land use.
Housing Plan
The goals and policies of Housing Plan are not negatively impacted by the proposed LTC
campus expansion project.
Transportation Plan
Goals of the Transportation Plan are to ensure that street and roads are as safe as possible.
CSAH 14 (Main Street) is an A -Minor Arterial Connector Road and is capable of
handling the additional traffic volume proposed by the LTC campus expansion project.
The driveway to Victor Path is for weekly truck deliveries and emergency access.
Sanitary Sewer and Water Supply Plan
An 8" sanitary sewer main and 8" watermain along CSAH 14 (Main Street) provide
public utilities to the site and building. The sanitary sewer and water supply system have
capacity for the LTC campus expansion project.
Anoka County Highway Department
Staff distributed materials to Anoka County Highway Department but has not received
any comments yet. We do not anticipate any issues since this is an existing access onto an
arterial connector road.
Public Safety Comments
The Fire Division reviewed the proposed campus, parking lot and driveway expansion.
They commented that the east driveway needs to be able to support fire trucks and
emergency vehicles.
The Police Division reviewed the plans and had no issues that needed to be addressed.
10
