Changes in the plans are either narratively described or shown as <br />s4ikethr-eugh. Overall, the final plat is consistent with the preliminary plat. <br />History <br />The subject site was originally platted in 1982 as Lot 1, Block 1 Reshanau Shores. The <br />residential subdivision was not served by municipal water or sanitary sewer. In June of <br />2017 the City Council approved the 2017-2021 Street Reconstruction plan which <br />included authorization to reconstruct West Shadow Lake Drive, Sandpiper, and Shadow <br />Court. With approval of the street project City staff began working with property owners <br />to consider extension of municipal sanitary sewer and water services as part of the <br />project. The extension of sanitary sewer service was pursued to eliminate use of 61 <br />existing individual sewage treatment systems, most of which are non -conforming <br />systems. To aid in this project the City was successful in receiving a water quality grant <br />from the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />In 2018, the City commenced the West Shadow Lake Drive Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project to reconstruct the street and install municipal water main and <br />
