In anticipation of such subdivision requests, in 2018, the City also rezoned several parcels, including the subject parcel, from R, Rural to R-IX, Single Family Executive Residential. Existing Site Conditions The residential lot contains the existing house and garage that were built in 1984, trees, grass, a shed, septic system, well, fire pit and wetland. A general overview of the riparian development indicates low density single family lots platted between 1969 and 1991. Lot sizes vary from approximately 12,000 sf to 43,560 sf. Smaller lots on the east side of Reshanau Lake are served by municipal water and sanitary sewer.
