Mayor Rafferty asked to be involved in continuing the discussion with <br />20 residents and staff (City Engineer and Public Safety Department) about how speed limits can be <br />21 amended and other possibilities to deal with issues of speeding and traffic. <br />22 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />23 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />24 SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />25 Oath of Police Service — Police Officers — Mike Monson, Anissa Ng <br />26 Eagle Scout presentation for Aiden J. Sherer <br />27 CONSENT AGENDA <br />28 Councilmember Lydell moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1 A through IF as presented. <br />29 Councilmember Cavegn seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />30 Councilmember Cavegn noted Page 12 of the Expenditures Report and an item for Spanish <br />31 translation services. Administrator Cotton explained that the services are public safety related and <br />32 the City is required by law to provide them.
