COUNCIL MINUTES APPROVED 41 C) Consider Resolution No. 20-77 Approving Sale of 42 Wetland Bank Credit, Larry Head Approved 43 D) Consider Resolution No. 20-78 Approving Sale of 44 Wetland Bank Credit, Wetland Credit Agency Approved 45 E) Consider Resolution No. 20-80 Approving a Peddler 46 License for Joshua's Pest Control Approved 47 F) Consider Resolution No. 20-85 Approving Additional 48 Election Judges for August I I th State Primary Election Approved 49 FINANCE DEPARTMENT REPORT 50 There was no report from the Finance Department. 57 ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT 52 There was no report from the Administration Department, 53 PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORT 54 4A) Consider Donation of Seized Property —Public Safety Director Swenson explained that; 55 under the City Code, the department is authorized to dispose of seized property with consent of the 56 council. He is recommending that certain property (bikes) be donated at this time. 57 Councilmember Stoesz suggested that staff determine if it's possible Yo preauthorize the regular 58 donation of bikes. 59 Cowrcilmember Stoesz moved to accept the donation as recommended. Councilmember Ruhland 60 seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 61 4B) Consider Donation of K9 Squad Organizer —Public Safety Director Swenson reported 62 that the department has an organizer that no longer fits into the newer model squad car. Therefore 63 he is recommending that the organizer be donated to the Anoka County Sherriff s Office where they 64 have a use. 65 Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve the City's donation as recommended. Motion can'ied on a voice vote. 67 PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT 68 There was no report from the Public Services Department. 69 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPORT 70 6A) Consider Resolution No. 20-75, Approving Payment No. 8 and Final, LaMotte Area 71 Street and Utility Improvement Project - City Engineer Hankee noted completion of the project 72 and a remaining balance to be released to the contractor. She noted the final project cost that 73 included grant funds from the Rice Creek Watershed District. She is recommending that the 74 council approve the final payment. 75 Mayor Rafferty remarked that the project was well done and the contractor well received by the 76 residents.
