He is recommending that certain property (bikes) be donated at this time. <br />57 <br />Councilmember Stoesz <br />suggested <br />that staff determine if it's possible <br />Yo preauthorize the <br />regular <br />58 <br />donation of bikes. <br />59 Cowrcilmember Stoesz moved to accept the donation as recommended. Councilmember Ruhland <br />60 seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />61 4B) Consider Donation of K9 Squad Organizer —Public Safety Director Swenson reported <br />62 that the department has an organizer that no longer fits into the newer model squad car. Therefore <br />63 he is recommending that the organizer be donated to the Anoka County Sherriff s Office where they <br />64 have a use. <br />65 <br />Councilmember Cavegn moved <br />to approve the <br />City's <br />donation as recommended. Com�cilmember <br />66 <br />"I "Al seconded the motion. <br />Motion can'ied <br />on a <br />voice vote. <br />67 PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />68 There was no report from the Public Services Department. <br />69 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPORT <br />70 6A) Consider Resolution No. 20-75, Approving Payment No. 8 and Final, LaMotte Area <br />71 Street and Utility Improvement Project - City Engineer Hankee noted completion of the project <br />72 and a remaining balance to be released to the contractor. She noted the final project cost that <br />73 included grant funds from the Rice Creek Watershed District. She is recommending that the <br />74 council approve the final payment. <br />75 Mayor Rafferty remarked that the project was well done and the contractor well received by the <br />76 residents. <br />
