A Comprehensive Plan Amendment is required to re -guide the one (1) Burque <br />parcel from Urban Reserve to Low Density Residential. <br />Rezoning <br />The property is currently zoned R, Rural and is guided for low density residential land <br />use. Per the zoning ordinance, land that is guided low density residential can be zoned R- <br />1, Single Family Residential, R-IX, Single Family Executive Residential or R-2, Two <br />Family Residential. <br />
