The <br />existing house is connected to municipal sanitary sewer. The new house will also be <br />connected to municipal sanitary sewer. <br />Watermain <br />A 12" watermain exists along Elm Street. The existing house is connected to municipal <br />watermain. <br />A 6" watermain exists along Second Avenue. The new house will also be connected to <br />municipal watermain. <br />Public Land Dedication <br />The City will require cash in lieu of land dedication for the new lot.
