COUNCIL MINUTES APPROVED 1 LINO LAKES CITY COUNCIL 2 REGULAR MEETING 3 MINUTES 4 5 DATE October 26, 2020 6 TIME STARTED 6:30 p.m. 7 TIME ENDED 7:05 p.m. 8 MEMBERS PRESENT Councilmember Stoesz, Lyden, 9 Ruhland, Cavegn and Mayor Rafferty io MEMBERS ABSENT None 11 12 Staff members present: City Administrator Sarah Cotton; Director of Community Development 13 Michael Grochala, City Engineer Diane Hankee; Public Safety Director John Swenson; City Clerk 14 Julie Bartell. 15 16 PUBLIC COMMENT 17 Mayor Rafferty noted a large thank you card from residents around the 12th Avenue Trail project. 18 He noted that many people at City Hall were involved in making the trail a reality, including former 19 council members Maher and Manthey and Mayor Reinert as well as the Park Board and City staff. 20 SETTING THE AGENDA 21 The agenda was approved as presented. 22 CONSENT AGENDA 23 Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1 A through 1 E as presented. 24 Councilmember Ruhland seconded the motion.
