COUNCIL MINUTES <br />APPROVED <br />77 Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 20-119 as presented. Councilmember <br />78 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote <br />79 6D) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 20-I20, Adopting Assessments, Stern Addition, <br />w City Engineer Hankee reviewed the request to approve assessments related to the Stern Addition, <br />81 brought forward at the request of the property owner. Mayor Rafferty noted that the Stern Addition <br />82 involves a lot split and is the result of a successful road improvement project on the street. <br />83 Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 20-12Q as presented. Councilmember <br />84 Lyden seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote <br />85 6E) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 20-1219 Adopting Assessments, Watermark 2nd <br />86 Addition — City Engineer Hankee explained the assessment requested for the Watermark 2nd <br />87 Addition and she reviewed the total amount. The assessments were agreed upon in the <br />88 development agreement for the project. <br />89 Councilmember Ruhland moved to approve Resolution No. 20-121 as presented. Councilmember <br />90 Lyden seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote <br />91 6F} Consider Approval of Resolution No. 20-122, Adopting Assessments, Watermark 3rd <br />92 Addition — Phase 3A — City Engineer Hankee explained the assessment requested for the <br />93 Watermark 3rd Addition and she reviewed the total amount. The assessments were agreed upon in <br />94 the development agreement for the project. <br />95 Councilmember Ruhland moved to approve Resolution No. 20-122 as presented. Councilmember <br />96 Cavegn seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote <br />97 6G) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 20-123, Approving Payment No. 5 and Final, <br />98 Pheasant Hills Circle Project, City Engineer Hankee noted that staff is requesting authorization to <br />99 make a final payment on the noted project that involved work on water mains and fire hydrants and <br />100 eventually some restoration work which put the contract slightly over budget. <br />] (11 Councilmember Cavegn asked why the average wasn't included in the August change order and Ms. <br />102 Hankee explained that additional work in some part came from working with residents in the area. <br />103 Mayor Rafferty noted the his familiarity with the project and the good work of the contractor. <br />104 Councilmember Lyden moved to approve Resolution No. 20-123 as presented. Motion carried on a voice vote <br />106 611) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 20425, Approving Payment No. 3 and Final, <br />].07 Sanitary Sewer to Water Tower No. 3, -City Engineer Hankee explained the need to bring sewer <br />108 to the new water tower site. The small amount of chlorine that seeps from the facility is required to <br />109 flow to a sanitary sewer. The project is complete and the final payment is appropriate. <br />1 <br />0 Councilmember Stoesz asked if an RV dumpsite would be appropriate at this site and Ms. Hankee <br />i 1 i noted other dump sites available in the area. <br />1 ] 2 Councilmember Lyden moved to approve Resolution No. 20-125 as presented.
