• <br />• <br />• <br />1. All comments from the City Engineer letter dated June 3, 2020 shall be addressed. <br />2. All comments from the Environmental Coordinator letter dated May 29, 2020 <br />shall be addressed. <br />3. A RCWD permit is required. <br />4. A Site Improvement Performance Agreement shall be approved by City Council <br />and executed. <br />5. A separate public drainage and utility easement extending 10 feet from the high <br />water level (HWL) of the storm water ponds shall be drafted by the applicant and <br />recorded over the stormwater ponds. <br />6. A separate recordable drainage and utility easement over the delineated wetland, <br />conservation easement and wetland buffer shall be drafted by the applicant for <br />City review and recorded. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the conditional use permit subject to the following requirements being <br />addressed prior to issuance of a building permit: <br />1. All Applicable Plan Sheets <br />a. The area between the existing building and new building shall be hard <br />surfaced. <br />b. Wetland buffer area shall be revised per RCWD requirements. <br />c. Trash enclosure location shall be shown. <br />d. Plan sheets shall include signature. <br />e. Driveway access within the City of Lino Lakes to Victor Path shall be <br />constructed to accommodate emergency vehicles. <br />f. A gate shall be installed along the easterly driveway at a location that <br />would best deter students, staff and the general public from using this <br />driveway. <br />g. Signage shall be installed noting the easterly driveway is for truck <br />delivery/emergency access only and not general public use. <br />2. Create New Wetland and Buffer Plan Sheet <br />a. Wetland buffer area shall be revised per RCWD requirements. <br />b. Wetland buffer monument sign locations shall be provided. <br />c.
