• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-105 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, With the City Council approval of Resolution No. 20-103 and Resolution No. <br />104, electrical installation work is necessary to complete the 2020 Touchless Entry Upgrades; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Two bids were received as follows: <br />Civic Complex <br />Aid Electric $26,650.00 <br />Phasor Electric $28,900.00 <br />PublicWorks/Senior Center <br />$7.340.00* <br />$8.400.00 <br />WHEREAS, Staff is recommending reducing the scope of work at the Public Works/Senior <br />Center. This will reduce the not -to -exceed cost to $5,000.00; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed this project and determined that it meets the elig, bility <br />requirements (necessary expenditures due to COVID-19, not accounted for in the most recently <br />adopted budget, expenditures will be incurred during the covered period of March 1 to <br />November 15, 2020). <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />Hereby authorizes the Public Services Director to enter into an agreement with Aid Electric for <br />electrical work necessary for the 2020 Touchless Entry Upgrades. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of September, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />1 t k 1 ay, and was duly seconded by Council Member' L� der t and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />2 ►u.4nd, Lyd en S+vesz, eametri, Rc f-Qr <br />The following voted against same: <br />e'hu <br />Rob Mayor <br />• <br />ATTEST: <br />
