City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance -- <br />• SECTION 6. RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS <br />Subd. 1. R-1, Single Family Residential District. <br />A. Purpose. This district is intended to provide a residential atmosphere for those <br />persons desiring a single family neighborhood with a suburban density. This <br />district is intended for development of single family detached homes on lots <br />served with public sewer and water. <br />B. Lot and Yard Requirements. <br />1. Minimum Lot Size. Ten thousand eight hundred (10,800) square <br />feet buildable land as defined by Section 1, Subd. 2.13. <br />2. Minimum Lot Width. <br />a. Interior Lots. Eighty (80) feet. <br />b. Corner Lots. One hundred (100) feet. <br />C. Lots of one and one-half (1.5) acres recorded prior to 22 <br />February 1988 may be resubdivided in accordance with the <br />• following: <br />1) Interior Lots.
