City of Lino Lakes - ZONING ORDINANCE <br />is <br />b. Not more than five (5) percent of the land area of the site be <br />covered by buildings or structures. <br />C. Any operation involving the discharge of firearms shall <br />comply with Section 504 of the City Code. <br />d. When abutting a residential use and a residential district, the <br />property is screened and landscaped in compliance with Section 3, <br />Subd. 4.S. of this Ordinance. <br />9. Commercial sports arenas, provided that: <br />a. The facility is provided adequate private on -site sewer and <br />water facilities of sufficient size to accommodate the occupancy <br />capacity of the arena. <br />b. Side yard setbacks shall not be less than fifty (50) feet. <br />C. Adequate screening from abutting residential uses and <br />landscaping is provided in compliance with Section 3, Subd. 4.S. of <br />this Ordinance. <br />• d. Adequate off-street parking and access is provided on the <br />site or on lots directly abutting directly across a public street or alley <br />to the principal use in compliance with Section 3, Subd. 5 of this <br />Ordinance and that such parking is adequately screened and <br />landscaped from surrounding and abutting residential uses in <br />compliance with Section 3, Subd. 4.S. of this Ordinance. <br />e. Adequate off-street loading and service entrances are <br />provided and regulated where applicable by Section 3, Subd. 6 of <br />this Ordinance. <br />• <br />
