Lighting must not emit glare onto adjoining residential zoning <br />districts or public rights -of -way. <br />3. Day care facilities (exceeding fifteen (15) persons) provided that: <br />a. Such day care facility has access to municipal sewer and <br />water. <br />b. Screening is provided along shared property boundaries. <br />Such required fencing and screening shall comply with the <br />applicable provisions of Section 3, Subd. 4.S of this Ordinance. <br />C. All day care facility operations comply with the minimum <br />requirements of the Minnesota Department of Health and Human <br />Services regulations, as may be amended. <br />4. Cemeteries provided that: <br />0 a. At minimum, the site accesses on a "major collector" street. <br />b. Where abutting a rural or residential zoning district, the <br />periphery of the site shall be screened in accordance with Section <br />3, Subd. 4.S. of this Ordinance. <br />6-5 <br />
