City of Lino Lakes - Zonine Ordinance <br />is Subd. 2. RAX, Single Family Executive Residential District. <br />A. Purpose. This district is intended to provide a residential atmosphere for those <br />persons desiring a single family neighborhood with a suburban density. This <br />district is intended for development of single family detached homes on lots <br />served with public sewer and water. <br />B. Lot and Yard Requirements. <br />1. Minimum Lot Size. Twelve thousand eight hundred twenty-five <br />(12,825) square feet buildable land as defined by Section 1, Subd. 2.13. <br />2. Minimum Lot Width. Ninety (90) feet. <br />a. Corner Lot.
