City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />Subd. 4. R-3, Medium Density Residential District. <br />A. Purpose. This district is intended to provide setting for multiple family <br />structures of up to eight (8) dwelling units per building in areas that have good <br />thoroughfare access, have proper relationship to other uses, and are accessible <br />to major activity centers, recreation areas and shopping areas._ <br />B. Lot and Yard Requirements. 1. Minimum Lot Size. Lot size shall consist <br />of buildable land as defined by Section 1, Subd. 2.13. <br />a. Two Family.
