City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />e. Two or more multiple family dwellings on one site may be permitted <br />under the PDO Overlay District Section 9, Subd. 3 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />C. Building Coverage/Green Area. In no event shall off-street parking space, <br />structures of any type, buildings, or other features cover more than sixty-five (65) <br />percent of the lot area resulting in less than thirty-five (35) percent landscaped <br />area. <br />D. Building Requirements. <br />1. Floor Area. The minimum livable floor area for each multiple <br />family dwelling shall have at least: <br />Efficiency Unit <br />One Bedroom Unit <br />Two Bedroom Unit <br />Three Bedroom Unit <br />Four Bedroom Unit <br />690 square feet <br />800 square feet <br />920 square feet <br />1,040 square feet <br />1,160 square feet <br />For each additional bedroom, the floor space shall be increased by one <br />hundred fifty (150) square feet per unit. <br />2. Indoor Store Space. A minimum of one hundred twenty (120) <br />cubic feet of miscellaneous storage space shall be made available for <br />each dwelling unit within the same building as such dwelling unit is <br />located. Such storage shall be exclusive of the normal closet space that <br />is in the dwelling unit. <br />3. Disposal of Refuse and Garbage. All refuse, rubbish, and garbage <br />containers shall be placed at the rear of the premises. In no event shall <br />such containers be placed next to the street or curb, nor shall they be <br />placed so as to interfere with use of adjoining property or cause a <br />nuisance or annoyance to adjoining property occupants. Such containers <br />shall be covered and contained so as to be inaccessible to insects, vermin <br />or animals, and shall be screened so as not to be visible from eye level <br />height. <br />4. Buffer. Where a side or rear lot line in an R-3 District abuts an R, <br />R-X, R-1, R-1 X, or R-2 District, or public road right-of-way, a landscape <br />buffer area not less than twenty (20) feet in depth shall be provided along <br />such side or rear lot line and shall contain landscaping, planting, berming <br />or other screening suitable to provide an effective visual screen. <br />G- 1 7 <br />
