City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />7. Governmental and public regulated utility buildings and structures <br />is necessary for the health, safety and general welfare of the City. <br />I. Interim Uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the following <br />are interim uses in the R-3 District and governed by Section 2, Subd. 3 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />1. None. <br />J. Accessory Uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the <br />following are permitted accessory uses in the R-3 District: <br />1. Home occupations as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 9 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />2. Swimming pools, tennis courts, and other recreational facilities <br />which are operated for the enjoyment and convenience of the residents of <br />the principal use and their guests. <br />3. Tool houses, sheds and similar buildings for storage of domestic <br />supplies and equipment. <br />4. Private garages, parking spaces and car pools for licensed and <br />operable passenger cars and trucks. <br />5. Recreational vehicles and equipment per Section 3, Subd. 4.R. <br />6. Fences per Section 3, Subd. 4.S. <br />7. Signs as regulated by Appendix C of the City Code. <br />8. Non-commercial greenhouses provided they do not exceed two <br />hundred (200) square feet in area. <br />9. Accessory uses incidental and customary to the uses permitted in <br />Section 6, Subds. 4.1., 4.J., and 41. of this Ordinance. <br />K. Conditional Uses. The following are conditional uses in the R-3 District: <br />These uses require a conditional use permit based upon the criteria and <br />procedures outlined in Section 2, Subd. 2. of this Ordinance. <br />1.
