City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />• Subd. 5. R-4, High Density Residential District. <br />A. Purpose. This district is intended to provide settings for multiple family housing <br />in areas that have good thoroughfare access, have proper relationship to other <br />uses, and are accessible to major activity centers, recreation areas and shopping <br />areas. <br />B. Lot and Yard Requirements. <br />1. Minimum Lot Size. Lot size shall consist of buildable land as <br />defined by Section 1, Subd: 2.13. <br />a. Two Family. Fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet. <br />b. Town home/Quadraminium/Multi-family unit. Five thousand <br />four hundred forty five (5,445) square feet per -unit. <br />C. Multiple Family. Two thousand nine hundred (2,900) square <br />feet per unit. <br />2. Minimum Lot Width. <br />• a. Two-Family/Townhome/Quadraminium. One hundred <br />twenty five (125) feet. <br />b. Other. One hundred fifty (150) feet. <br />3. Setbacks. (The greater of the following:) <br />a. From Streets. <br />1) Local Street. Thirty (30) feet. <br />2) Collector or Arterial Street.
