Two or more multiple family dwellings may be permitted <br />under the PDO Overlay District Section 9, Subd. 3 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />C. Building Coverage/Green Area. In no event shall off-street parking space, <br />structures of any type, buildings, or other features cover more than sixty-five (65) <br />percent of the lot area resulting in less than thirty-five (35) percent landscaped <br />area. <br />D. Height Regulation. No R-4 multiple family dwelling building shall exceed a <br />height of four (4) stories or forty-five (45) feet, whichever is greater, measured <br />from the street side of such building. <br />0 - E . Building Requirements. <br />1. Floor Area.
