Civil defense buildings/storm shelters. <br />G. Conditional Uses. The following are conditional uses in the R-6 District: <br />These uses require a conditional use permit based on the criteria and <br />procedures outlined in Section 2, Subd. 2. of this Ordinance. <br />1. None. <br />H. Review and Approval Procedures. No person shall establish, develop, extend <br />or enlarge a manufactured home park within the City of Lino Lakes without first <br />obtaining site plan approval from the City Council with review by the Planning <br />and Zoning Board. Approval shall be granted only upon compliance with all of <br />the following: <br />1. Planning and Zoning Board Review. The Planning and Zoning <br />• Board shall review all applications for manufactured home parks and may <br />hold hearings as deemed necessary or proper. The findings and <br />recommendations of the Planing and Zoning Board shall be forwarded to <br />the City Council for action. <br />2. Approval or Denial. The City Council shall consider and act on the <br />application for site plan approval. Approval shall be granted only upon <br />compliance with all of the procedures and requirements established in this <br />section. <br />3. Submission Requirements. Submission for manufactured home <br />approval shall include the following: <br />a. Twenty (20) copies of the manufactured home park <br />plan showing the following: <br />1) The extent and area proposed for manufactured <br />home park purposes. <br />2) Locations for roads and driveways. <br />3) Location of sites or lots for manufactured homes. <br />• <br />4) Proposed disposition of surface drainage. <br />6 > <br />
