City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />. 5) Proposed street surfacing and lighting. <br />6) Off-street parking. <br />7) Patios. <br />8) Location of community building. <br />9) Location of recreation facilities. <br />10) Location of sidewalks. <br />11) Location of setback lines. <br />12) Location of screening, planting, green areas, etc. <br />13) Any other information requested by the City Council. <br />b. Twenty (20) copies of detailed plans for construction and <br />site improvements in detail adequate to assure proper review of all <br />site requirements established in this Ordinance. <br />• C. Proof of Agency Review. The applicant shall provide proof <br />that the plans submitted have been approved by the State of <br />Minnesota Department of Health, and have satisfied all other <br />federal, state, county, city and watershed district laws and <br />regulations. <br />4. Compliance with Ordinance. The Building Official is hereby <br />authorized and directed to make such inspections as are necessary to <br />determine satisfactory compliance with this Ordinance, including the <br />power to enter at reasonable times upon any private or public property for <br />said purposes. <br />5. Access. It shall be the duty of the park owner to give the Building <br />Inspector free access to all lots at reasonable times for the purposes of <br />inspection. <br />Manufactured Home Inspection - Permits. No manufactured home shall be <br />occupied as a dwelling unless a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the <br />Building Official. <br />1. Installation Permit. No manufactured home shall be installed <br />without having first applied for, acquired and received an installation <br />permit from the Building Official. <br />G-36 <br />
