City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />• Subd. 7. R-7, Manufactured Home Subdivision District. <br />A. Purpose. The purpose of this district is to provide opportunities whereby <br />manufacturing housing may be located on an individually owned lot of a <br />subdivision in safe, attractive residential neighborhoods with all urban services <br />and desired amenities. <br />B. Minimum Land Area. The minimum land area for any R-7 District shall be five <br />(5) acres of land, and the minimum width of a manufactured home subdivision <br />shall be at least three hundred (300) feet. <br />C. Lot, Structure, and Yard Requirements. In the case of a development in <br />which a parcel is to be divided into individual platted lots to be sold individually, <br />the following minimum requirements shall be observed: <br />1. Minimum Lot Area. Nine thousand (9,000) square feet. <br />2. Minimum Lot Depth. <br />a. One hundred twenty (120) feet. <br />. b. Double Frontage Lots. One hundred thirty (130) feet. <br />3. Minimum Lot Width. <br />a. Interior Lot. Seventy (70) feet. <br />b. Corner Lot. Eighty-five (85) feet. <br />4. Setbacks. (The greater of the following:) <br />a. From Streets. <br />1) Residential Street. Twenty-five (25) feet. <br />2) Collector or Arterial Street. Forty (40) feet. <br />b. Front Yard.
