Upon receipt of an application for <br />occupancy, the Building Official will promptly inspect the installation to <br />assure conformance with all requirements of the Minnesota State Uniform <br />Building Code and all other appropriate requirements. <br />3. Permit Issuance. Upon approval, the Building Official shall issue a <br />certificate of occupancy to the installer. Permit shall state the date of <br />issuance and shall precisely describe the location of the manufactured <br />home. <br />4. Fees.
