City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />is 6. Fences per Section 3, Subd. 4.S. <br />r1 <br />L_ <br />7. Signs as regulated by Appendix C of the City Code. <br />8. Non-commercial greenhouses provided they do not exceed two <br />hundred (200) square feet in area. <br />9. Accessory uses incidental and customary to the uses permitted in <br />Section 6, Subds. 7.F., 7.G, and 7.1. of this Ordinance. <br />10. Civic defense buildings/storm shelters. <br />Conditional Uses. The following are conditional uses in the R-7 District: <br />These uses require a conditional use permit based on the criteria and <br />procedures outlined in Section 2, Subd. 2. of this Ordinance. <br />1. None. <br />J. Review and Approval Procedures. No person shall erect, establish, extend or <br />enlarge a manufactured housing development within the City of Lino Lakes <br />without first obtaining site plan approval from the City Council with review by the <br />Planning and Zoning Board. Approval shall be granted only upon compliance <br />with all of the following: <br />1. The application and review process for a manufactured housing <br />development, and all site improvements, shall conform to all of the <br />requirements of the City's subdivision regulations, as set forth in the City <br />Code, except as herein modified. This shall include the requirement that <br />the developer enter into a contract with the community, requiring the <br />developer to furnish and construct such improvements as detailed in the <br />subdivision regulations. A detailed landscape plan shall also be submitted <br />and approved. <br />2. The site plan and landscape plan shall meet all development <br />standards and lot requirements of this Ordinance. <br />3. The proposed development must be located within the City's urban <br />service area as shown in the Comprehensive Plan, and must be served <br />by all public utilities. <br />64 0 <br />
