• City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />SECTION 7. BUSINESS DISTRICTS <br />Subd. 1. NB, Neighborhood Business District. <br />A. Purpose. The purpose of the NB, Neighborhood Business District is to provide <br />for the establishment of local businesses for convenience, limited office, retail or <br />service outlets which deal directly with the daily requirements of the immediate <br />neighborhood and which are located along a collector or arterial roadway. These <br />businesses are not intended to draw customers from the entire community. <br />B. Lot and Yard Requirements. <br />1. Minimum Lot Size. <br />a. Sewered Lot. Eleven thousand two hundred fifty (11,250) square <br />feet. <br />b. Unsewered Lot. Ten (10) acres, in accordance with applicable <br />• provisions of Section 3, Subd. 2. of this Ordinance. <br />2. Minimum Lot Width. <br />a. Sewered Lot -Interior. Seventy-five (75) feet. <br />b. Sewered Lot -Corner. One hundred (100) feet. <br />C. Unsewered Lot. One hundred fifty (150) feet. <br />3. Setbacks. (The greater of the following:) <br />a. From Streets. <br />1) Principal Building- Local Street. Thirty (30) feet. <br />2) Principal Building - Collector or Arterial Street. Forty (40) <br />feet. <br />3) Parking Lot.
