Height Regulations. No building in the NB District shall be erected or <br />structurally altered to exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height. <br />D. Building Coverage/Green Area. In no event shall off-street parking space, <br />structures of any type, buildings, or other features cover more than sixty-five (65) <br />percent of the lot area resulting in less than thirty-five (35) percent landscaped <br />area. <br />E.
