<br />• Industrial Park. A large tract of land that has been planned, developed and
<br />operated as an integrated facility for a number of individual industrial uses, with
<br />special attention to circulation, parking, utility needs, aesthetics, and
<br />compatibility.
<br />Interim Use. A temporary use of property until a particular date, until the
<br />occurrence of a particular event, or until zoning regulations no longer allow said
<br />use.
<br />Irrigation System. Any structure or equipment, mechanized or other, used to
<br />supply water for commercial agriculture or horticulture, including, but not limited
<br />to, wells, pumps, motors, pipes, culverts, gates, dams, ditches, tanks, ponds,
<br />and reservoirs.
<br />Junk Yard. Any area, lot, land, parcel, building or structure or part thereof used
<br />for the storage, collection, processing, purchase, sale or abandonment of
<br />wastepaper, rags, scrap metal or other scrap or discarded goods, materials,
<br />machinery or two (2) or more unregistered, inoperable motor vehicles or other
<br />type of junk.
<br />Kennel, Commercial. Any parcel of property on which more than two (2) dogs
<br />over six (6) months of age are kept, owned, boarded, groomed, sheltered,
<br />protected, bred, or offered for sale or any other merchandising that is not defined
<br />as a private kennel. Every commercial kennel shall be enclosed or fenced in
<br />such manner as to prevent the running at large or escape of animals confined
<br />therein. After issuance of a Conditional Use Permit, Commercial Kennels shall
<br />be allowed in the following zoning districts: Rural business Reserve (RBR),
<br />Commercial, Industrial.
<br />Kennel, Private. Any parcel of property on which more than two (2) dogs over
<br />six (6) months of age are kept for private enjoyment and not for monetary gain.
<br />Every kennel shall be enclosed or fenced in such a manner as to prevent the
<br />running at large or escape of animals confined therein. Private Kennels shall be
<br />allowed in all zoning districts upon parcels of property five (5) acres or more in
<br />size following issuance of a Conditional Use Permit.
<br />Land Reclamation. The process of the re-establishment of, acceptable
<br />topography (i.e., slopes), vegetative cover, soil stability, and the establishment of
<br />safe conditions appropriate to the subsequent use of the land.
<br />Livery Stable. The business of keeping horses for the purpose of renting to the
<br />• general public for unsupervised riding and/or trail riding.
