City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />b. A drainage system subject to the approval of the City <br />Engineer shall be installed. <br />C. Storage areas are landscaped, fenced and screened from <br />view of neighboring uses, abutting residential zoning districts and <br />public rights -of -way in compliance with Section 3, Subd. 4.S. <br />d. Vehicular access points shall create a minimum of conflict <br />with through traffic movement and shall be subject to approval of <br />the City Engineer. <br />e. All signs and informational or visual communication devices <br />shall be in compliance with the applicable provisions of Appendix C <br />of the City Code. <br />-- - f. Provisions are made to control and minimize n-oise, air, and - <br />water pollution. <br />g. All conditions pertaining to a specific site are subject to <br />change when the Council, upon investigation in relation to a formal <br />request finds that the general welfare or public betterment can be <br />0 served as well or better by modifying the conditions. <br />3. Refuse/garbage collection business provided that: <br />a. No refuse or garbage shall be stored or in any way disposed <br />of on the site. <br />b. The storage of refuse or garbage in the front yard shall be <br />prohibited. <br />C. Vehicle parking and storage areas are screened from view <br />of neighboring uses, abutting residential zoning districts and public <br />rights -of -way in compliance with Section 3, Subd. 4.S. of this <br />Ordinance. <br />d. Vehicle parking/storage areas shall be hard surfaced with a <br />bituminous material with curb and gutter to control dust and shall <br />be screened from view of neighboring uses and public rights -of - <br />way. <br />e. The site shall be maintained free of litter and any other <br />undesirable materials and will be cleaned of loose debris on a daily <br />basis. <br />8-15 <br />
