City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />2. All public buildings for municipal government, such as City Hall, <br />water works, sewage plant, police, fire, etc. <br />3. Public parks and recreation facilities, golf courses. <br />4. Cemeteries. <br />5. All public buildings for county and state government. <br />Conditional Uses. The following conditional uses may be allowed in the PSP <br />District, subject to the provisions of Section 2, Subd. 2. of this Ordinance. <br />1. All schools (public and private) provided that: <br />a. Side yards shall be double that required for the district, but <br />no greater than thirty (30) feet. <br />b. Adequate screening from abutting residential uses and <br />landscaping is provided in compliance with Section 3, Subd. 4.S. of <br />this Ordinance. <br />C. Adequate off-street parking and access is provided on the <br />site or on lots directly abutting, directly across a public street or <br />alley to the principal use in compliance with Section 3, Subd. 5. of <br />this Ordinance and that such parking is adequately screened and <br />landscaped from surrounding and abutting residential uses in <br />compliance with Section 3, Subd. 4.S. of this Ordinance. <br />d. Adequate off-street loading and service entrances are <br />provided and regulated where applicable by Section 3, Subd. 6. of <br />this Ordinance. <br />e. The provisions of Section 2, Subd. 2. of this Ordinance are <br />considered and determined to be satisfied. <br />2. Hospitals provided that: <br />a. Side yards are double the minimum requirements <br />established for this district and are screened in compliance with <br />Section 3, Subd. 4.S. of this Ordinance. <br />b. Only the rear yard shall be used for play or recreational <br />areas. Said area shall be fenced and controlled in compliance with <br />® Section 3, Subd. 4.S. of this Ordinance. <br />9-3 <br />
