The site shall be served by a street having sufficient • <br />capacity to accommodate the traffic generated by the use and <br />subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br />d. All signing and informational or visual communication <br />devices shall be in compliance with Appendix C of the City Code. <br />e. All State Statutes and regulations governing such use are <br />strictly adhered to and all required operating permits are secured. <br />f. Adequate off-street parking is provided in compliance with <br />Section 3, Subd. 5. of this Ordinance. <br />g. Adequate off-street loading space is provided in compliance <br />with Section 3, Subd. 6. of this Ordinance. <br />h. The provisions of Section 2, Subd. 2. of this Ordinance are <br />considered and determined to be satisfied. <br />
