City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />Ordinance and that such parking is adequately screened and <br />landscaped from surrounding and abutting residential uses in <br />compliance with Section 3, Subd. 4.S of this Ordinance. <br />d. Adequate off-street loading and service entrances are <br />provided and regulated where applicable by Section 3, Subd. 6 of <br />this Ordinance. <br />5. Transmission towers/radio, television and other similar towers over <br />forty-five (45) feet in height and less than two hundred (200) feet in height <br />provided that: <br />a. Any alteration of an existing use (i.e., tower expansion, <br />change/intensification of use, etc.) involving items not identified <br />upon initial approved plans shall require a conditional use permit <br />amendment. <br />b. All obsolete and unused antenna shall be removed within <br />twelve (12) months of cessation of operation at the site. <br />C. All antenna shall be in compliance with all City building and <br />® electrical code requirements. <br />d. Structural design, mounting and installation of the antenna <br />shall be verified and approved by a professional engineer. <br />e. When applicable, written authorization for antenna erection <br />shall be provided by the property owner. <br />f. No advertising message shall be affixed to the antenna <br />tower. <br />g. The height of the antenna shall be the minimum necessary <br />to function satisfactorily. <br />h. Antennas shall not be artificially illuminated unless required <br />by law or by a governmental agency to protect the public's health <br />and safety. <br />i. When applicable, proposals to erect new antenna shall be <br />accompanied by any required federal, state, or local agency <br />licenses. <br />j. If a new antenna tower is to be constructed, it shall be <br />designed so as to accommodate other users including but not <br />9-9 <br />
