City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />• limited to other cellular communication companies, local police, fire, <br />and ambulance companies. <br />k. Antenna towers shall be painted silver or have a galvanized <br />finish to reduce visual impact. <br />I. Transmitting, receiving and switching equipment shall be <br />housed within an existing structure whenever possible. If a new <br />equipment building is necessary for transmitting, receiving and <br />switching equipment, it shall be situated in the rear yard of the <br />principal use and shall be screened from view by landscaping <br />where appropriate. <br />6. Day care facilities (exceeding fourteen (14) persons) provided that: <br />a. Such day care facility has access to adequate private sewer <br />and water to protect the health and safety of all persons who <br />occupy the facility. <br />b. Screening is provided along shared property boundaries. <br />Such required fencing and screening shall comply with the <br />• applicable provisions of Section 3, Subd. 4.S of this Ordinance. <br />C. All day care facility operations comply with the minimum <br />requirements of the Minnesota Department of Health and Human <br />Services regulations, as may be amended. <br />7. Wild game farms and gun clubs provided that: <br />a. The principal use, function or activity is open, outdoor in <br />character and the site contains a minimum of 100 acres. <br />b. Not more than five (5) percent of the land area of the site be <br />covered by buildings or structures. <br />C. Any operation involving the discharge of firearms shall <br />comply with Section 504 of the City Code. <br />d. When abutting a residential use and a residential district, the <br />property is screened and landscaped in compliance with Section 3, <br />Subd. 4.S. of this Ordinance. <br />• <br />• <br />0 8.
