The existing site conditions including contours at two (2) foot <br />• intervals, water course, floodplains, unique natural features, forest • <br />cover, and all trees over eight (8) inch caliper measured one foot <br />above the ground. <br />g. Proposed lot lines and plot designs. <br />h. The approximately location and floor area size of all existing <br />and proposed buildings, structures, and other improvements <br />including maximum heights, types of dwelling units, density per <br />type, and non-residential structures, including commercial facilities. <br />Architectural renderings of typical structures and improvements <br />sufficient to relay the basic architectural intent of the proposed <br />improvements. <br />i. The approximate location and size in acres or square feet of <br />all areas to be conveyed, dedicated, or reserved as common open <br />spaces, public parks, recreational areas, school sites, and similar <br />public and semi-public use. <br />j. The existing and proposed circulation system or arterial, <br />collector, and local streets including off-street parking areas, <br />• service areas, loading areas, and major points of access to public <br />rights -of -way (including major points of ingress and egress to the <br />9-1-1 <br />
