City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />5) Proposed lots and blocks, if any, and numbering <br />system. <br />6) Detailed sketches and provisions of proposed <br />landscaping. <br />7) Grading and drainage plans for the developed PDO. <br />8) Any other information that may have been required by <br />the Planning and Zoning Board or City Council in <br />conjunction with the approval of the general concept plan. <br />9) A final tabulation indicating the number of residential <br />dwelling units and expected population. <br />10) A tabulation indicating the gross square footage, if <br />any, of commercial and industrial floor space by type of <br />activity (e.g. drug store, dry cleaning, supermarket). <br />11) Preliminary architectural "typical" plans indicating use, <br />floor plan, elevations and exterior wall finishes of proposed <br />buildings. <br />12) A detailed site plan, suitable for recording, showing <br />the physical layout, design and purpose of all streets, <br />easements, rights -of -way, utility lines and facilities, lots, <br />block, public and common open space, general landscaping <br />plan, structure, including mobile homes, and uses. <br />13) A soil erosion control plan acceptable to watershed <br />district, Department of Natural Resources, or any other <br />agency with review authority, clearly illustrating erosion <br />control measures to be used during construction and as <br />permanent measures. <br />7. Processing Fees. At the time of formal application for a PDO, the <br />developer shall pay a filing fee to help defray the cost of review. The <br />amount of such fee shall be determined by City Council resolution. <br />8. Ownership. A tract of land to be developed as a planned <br />development shall be under the control of: <br />a.
