The amendment shall not become effective until such time as the City Council <br />approves an ordinance reflecting said amendment and after said ordinance is <br />published in the official newspaper. An emergency ordinance shall take effect <br />immediately upon its adoption or at such later date as it specifies. Every other <br />ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its publication or at such later <br />date as it specifies. <br />• <br />0 <br />K. No application for rezoning which has been denied shall be resubmitted for a <br />period of twelve (12) months from the date of said order of denial unless all <br />reasons for denial, as outlined by the City Council, have been satisfied, unless <br />reconsidered by the City Council. <br />2-3 <br />
