City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />0 Subd. 5. Site and Building Plan Review. <br />A. General. Action, except in the case of minor projects, additions, or alterations as <br />determined by the Zoning Administrator, all site and building plans for multiple <br />family, commercial, industrial or public/semi-public uses shall require review by <br />the Planning and Zoning Board and approval by the City Council. <br />B. Applications. Applications for site and building plan review shall be filed with <br />the Zoning Administrator and shall be accompanied by: <br />1. An application fee in an amount established by City Council resolution. <br />2. Eight (8) copies and one (1) reduced copy (11" by 17") of site and building <br />plans and supporting data. Unless exempted by the City, the following <br />information shall be provided: <br />a. A site plan at a suitable scale (no less than 1" = 100' or no greater <br />than 1/2" = 1'), and indicating: <br />1) Existing topography having a contour <br />interval of no greater than two (2) feet. <br />• 2) Suggested plans for proposed storm <br />water drainage system sufficient to drain and dispose of all <br />surface water accumulation within the area, indication of <br />sanitary sewer, water, gas, electric, etc., easements, and <br />written notifications that they have been reviewed by the City <br />Engineer for feasibility purposes. <br />3) Clear delineation of all streams, water <br />bodies, and wetlands including normal water level, high <br />water level and DNR classification. <br />4) Landscape plans including species and <br />size of trees and shrubs. <br />5) Locations of all buildings, recreation <br />areas, utility and service areas, access drives, parking <br />areas, storage areas, existing and proposed utility lines, and <br />easements. <br />6) Soil type and soil limitations for the <br />intended use are to be noted. If severe soil limitations for <br />the intended use are noted, a plan or statement indicating <br />the soil conservation practice or practices to be used to <br />
