Building plans for all structures including: <br />1) The size, alignment and intended use of <br />all structures. <br />2) Preliminary architectural plans for <br />proposed buildings complete with exterior finishes and <br />• including floor plans and elevations. <br />3) These plans shall also indicate unit <br />sizes, ratios of dwelling unit to total lot sizes and parking <br />spaces. <br />C. The timing of the construction proposed. <br />d. Any other information pertinent to the particular project which in the <br />opinion of the Zoning Administrator and/or the Planning and Zoning <br />Board determines is necessary for the review of the project. <br />C. Review. <br />1. The Zoning Administrator shall forward copies of the application <br />and site and building plans to the Planning and Zoning Board, staff, <br />consultants and governmental agencies for review and recommendation. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board shall perform a review and recommend <br />approval or disapproval to the City Council. They may also suggest such <br />conditions as they deem necessary to the approval of the site and building <br />plans. <br />2-i> <br />
